Issue description:
BVBS Export: A new UDAobject property created by the user in order to widen the range of predefined object properties
User-defined attributes are used when the predefined object properties are not sufficient but more properties are needed. For example, comment, locked, and erection status are user-defined attributes.
BVBS_BENDING_ROLL was added.
The BVBS_BENDING_ROLL UDA is taken from reinforcements, there is a new tab BVBS in reinforcement properties containing a new setting Reinforcing roll diameter for this UDA.
