Area Reinforcement

The Area Reinforcement plugin automatizes the process of reinforcing walls and slabs. It
creates custom rebar meshes that cover the faces with bigger area of the part.
These custom meshes may have different distances between bars and also bars of different sizes.
The user should select the sizes of the normal bars and the extra bars, as well as the
distances between them. At the same time, the user specifies where the extra bars should be
